By accessing or using any services provided by Archie Tech Nexus ("ArchieTech", "we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to archietech.app and all subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
ArchieTech provides a range of technology services including:
- Archie AI — AI-powered assistant and chat services
- WhatsApp Bot Services — Automated messaging and bot deployments (Archie MD)
- Web Services & APIs — Payment integrations, webhooks, and microservices
- M-Pesa/Daraja Integration — Mobile money payment processing via Safaricom APIs
- Developer Community — Collaborative platform for developers
- VPS Management — Server infrastructure and deployment tools
3. User Accounts & API Keys
Certain services require registration or API key authentication. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Payment Services (M-Pesa)
If you use our payment integration services:
- All M-Pesa transactions are processed through Safaricom's official Daraja API
- Transaction fees and commissions are applied as disclosed at the time of service registration
- Settlements are processed according to the schedule agreed upon during onboarding
- You must comply with Safaricom's terms of service and all applicable Kenyan financial regulations
- We are not liable for failed transactions caused by network issues, insufficient funds, or Safaricom downtime
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, phishing messages, or fraudulent communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Use our WhatsApp bot services for harassment, threats, or illegal activities
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services
- Exceed API rate limits or abuse service resources
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, logos, and branding on archietech.app and associated services are the property of Archie Tech Nexus or their respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime, though we strive for maximum availability
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be resolved through the courts of Kenya.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
